Our Story
Company founder George Davis began his construction and development journey in 1992 while studying at Case Western Reserve University. What started as small outdoor living projects with family evolved into the creation of ProBuilt Homes in 2002—now responsible for building more than 1,000 homes across Northeast Ohio.
Over time, that foundation expanded into GD3 Ventures, a company dedicated to developing residential communities, building modern rental home neighborhoods, and creating industrial and commercial spaces that fuel regional growth.
