Status: In final planning stages – Groundbreaking in 2026
Partnership: Joint venture with Loreto Development and the land ownership group
Overview: The Villages of Casement is envisioned as a vibrant, mixed-use community designed to serve as the new town center for Painesville Township. The master plan features a blend of retail, recreation, and residential development—creating a connected, walkable environment that fosters community engagement and economic growth.
Key Features:

  • Over 1,700 residential dwelling units surrounding a central town center and community hub
  • Mixed-use retail designed to complement the residential areas
  • Parkway-style connector roads and extensive bike path system
  • Central community park providing accessible outdoor space for residents
  • Utilization of Tax Increment Financing (TIF) and New Community Authority to support infrastructure and public improvements
